I am currently researching multiple assisted living facilities in Orlando. would like to know speak with a representative in regards to openings at your facility and costs.

I am looking for a home for my mother who is 77 years old - she should not be living on her own, but wants to. My father passed away last month and my two brothers live in Orlando and i'm thinking that mom would like to be near them. She currently lives in St. Petersburg. The only income she has is social security, along with medicare and possibly medicaid. she recently had a stroke and is temporarily in rehab (4 weeks). Is there or do you have any assisted housing where they actually still have their own apt or space, help with meals, medication, personal care, and the like, without taking all of her social security income and still giving her a sense of independence? I know I'm asking for a lot, but she's my mother and I live in another state.
