Oak Tree Assisted Living is a one level facility with handicap accessable bathrooms. Oak Tree ALF has private and semi-private rooms, we stimulate our clients with outings and daily arts-and-crafts, safe exercise routines, and access to computerized. We are owned and operated by two registered nurses that live onsite, supervise the daily care provided and taylor each client’s care plan to meet individual needs. We provide 24 hour awake staff, 3 nutritious home cooked meals and snacks daily, laundry and housekeeping services, medication management, facilitate and ensure clients’ doctor’s appointment, and assist with safety during activities of daily living. We are close to the fire department, numerous hospitals, several religious centers, numerous senior centers and local public parks.
