I am researching possible options for a husband and wife, the wife is in her late 80's, and has some dementia but is active and does well in assisted living. The husband is approaching 93 years of age, has a history of falls, limited mobility (wheelchair/walker), and dementia.

I am looking for a facility that can meet both their needs, and keep them living together. She is active and likes to socialize, and he requires more assistance, i.e., basically nursing home level of care.
