How did your facility score in New Jersey’s State inspection?

Facility inspections information – such important information, and most people don’t know how to find it…

For any assisted living search, to me, finding out how a facility has done in terms of state inspections, citations, and violations should be considered absolutely essential information.   After all, this is really what many ‘referral’ sites say they’ll do for you, which is funny, since families and seniors can dig up this information easily, and for free.  Our video below will show you how to do this for New Jersey.

Users can search for long-term care facilities throughout New Jersey by city, county, ownership, officer/principal, or simply by the name of the facility.

Categories of care include: Long-term care; adult day care; assisted living residences and programs; personal care homes and more.   Users can also serch, or filter by funding sources which include Medicaid, Medicare, or by Private Pay.

Not only is this site and tool a great way to look up facility inspections, it is also a useful way to simply search for care throughout New Jersey using an unbiased, state-sponsored resource.
