Q: Hello, my name is Tom and i am looking to find facility for my father who is 89 and needs to have someone to provide care 24 hours a day. He is on a fixed income and i do not know if this is something that we can afford. His name is Ralph and he has been in and out of the hospital a couple times in the last 3 months and every time he comes home it is like he is weaker and not as sharp as when he went in,he now uses a walker to get around.
