We need to know of availability, cost for one bedroom or studio per month, is your outside area enclosed so she can take daily walks. Also, are you a facility that accepts Medicare and/or Medicaid if she should outlast her money? I'm looking for a long-term care or assisted living place for my father because he needs to be in an environment where he can be assisted or observed for his well-being. He currently lives alone, he has early stages of Alzheimer's and he is also disabled. Is this a income-based facility? Since price is an issue I'm hoping that it is affordable since I feel that Potomac Place is the type of facility I would love him to be in.
