Q: I live out of state but inquiring for my 85 yr old parents who own their home in GB. What are the sizes of the apartments? Any two bedroom? How much notice is needed before renting? What is the monthly rate to rent? Is there transportation to nearby church, doctor appts,etc. Are there larger units (two bedroom) on the ground floor? Otherwise elevaters to other floors? How much room is available in the units for family/guest. I am looking for a place where they can feel like home. still have their family gatherings. Q: I am looking to move my mom from a nursing home (in Green Bay) to assisted living - she would need med administration and a wander guard bracelet; could your facility accommodate that? And what is the average cost per month?

Q: I was diagnosed with a terminal disorder, and have less than six months to live. Would I be eligible to be a resident, and what would it cost?

Q: My parents are 92 and 91 living in a Ledgeview apt. I'm their son who is interested in the availability and cost of a one bedroom unit for two people at Bellevue Green Bay assisted living.

Q: My mother is a resident in at Bellevue. She will be moving to the Unity hospice center on Thursday, 6/3/10. What arrangements can I make to get refund of the meals and level 3 care she will not need beyond 6/3? I assume I could leave her belongings in the unit until the end of June. Thus the rent for the month of June would remain "paid" from the check I mailed last week (less the meals and level 3 care charges). Please consider this message as "notice" that my mother will not be a resident past this month.

Q: Some one told me that your facility costs are based on a fee schedule determined by income. Is this true or is there just set charges? I am interested in the Assisted Living part.

Q: What size apartments are available for independent living for 2 senior married people? 1 br, 2 br? Is there a blueprint/layout somewhere online that we could view? If we'd like to schedule a tour, how do we go about doing this? We're inquiring for our 79 year old parents.

***This is a great question, and one that should be 'assumed.' Many seniors are becoming tech saavy, and may have their own computers, tablets, or other device to keep in touch with family, grandchildren, and 'the world.' Asking your facility about wireless is perfectly acceptable and recommended! - ALD
