Can you tell me what the monthly cost is for your different types of apartments. We are researching options for our Grandmother as my grandfather just passed away. Also how do you figure ability to pay? Is is subsidized in any way?

Is there a waiting list and how much per month?

I am looking to move my mom from a nursing home (in Green Bay) to assisted living - she would need med administration and a wander guard bracelet; could your facility accommodate that? And what is the average cost per month?

I was diagnosed with a terminal disorder, and have less than six months to live. Would I be eligible to be a resident, and what would it cost?

My parents are 92 and 91 living in a Ledgeview apt. I'm their son who is interested in the availability and cost of a one bedroom unit for two people at Bellevue Green Bay assisted living.

My mother is a resident in at Bellevue. She will be moving to the Unity hospice center on Thursday, 6/3/10. What arrangements can I make to get refund of the meals and level 3 care she will not need beyond 6/3? I assume I could leave her belongings in the unit until the end of June. Thus the rent for the month of June would remain "paid" from the check I mailed last week (less the meals and level 3 care charges). Please consider this message as "notice" that my mother will not be a resident past this month.

Some one told me that your facility costs are based on a fee schedule determined by income. Is this true or is there just set charges? I am interested in the Assisted Living part.
