Arlington Place offers private, one or two bedroom apartments and studios. Each one and two bedroom apartment features a kitchenette, living room, bed room, private bath including a shower unit, ample closet space, telephone and cable hook-ups and 24-hour emergency response systems.

Arlington Place Gardens Memory Care offers residents with Alzheimer's or Alzheimer's-like dementia a program specifically designed for those with memory impairment.
