Columbia, Maryland has many services that are helful for any seniors living in the Columbia area. Firstly, there is the Howard County Office on Aging, which essentially is the agency that plans many of the events, programs and services that are available to seniors in Columbia and Howard County. For example, in October, seniors participate in the 50 Plus Expo, which features exhibitors, a health fair, seminars for healthy aging, diabetes screening, and even flu shots!
