Assisted Living Tidbits:

The City of Charlottesville is a very supportive community for seniors. The City's website has a great page that lists several services and activities for seniors, run by Charlottesville Recreation. In addition to providing information about senior centers such as Senior Center, Inc (a multi-purpose membership organization for active adults age 50 and better), you can sign up for classes like Ceramics for Seniors, or water exercise classes! You can also obtain information about the Senior Citizen Monthly Pot Luck Luncheon held one Friday each month at the Senior Center. For details and to RSVP call 970-3261.
