Q: Hello

We are just starting to plan our elder living requirements (e.g., LTC insurance needs). To do so we are collecting current costs of nursing homes and assisted living housing in the Appanoose county area.

Please, advise us of your current rates for a married couple and rates for a single, neither of which has any medical needs at the time.

We are in our early 60s, retired, and living outside Iowa.
