Sometimes a little help is all that's needed for older adults to maintain their independence. Our caring professionals are available to assist with bathing, dressing or just getting comfortable for the night.
We provide assistance with medications and access to rehabilitation therapy as needed. We also work with home health providers when you may need a little more medical assistance. Our facility is private paid. We also work with residents to obtain VA funding to those who qualify.

Southern Escapes provides quality personal care, assisted living, and respite services in a private home, by trained staff. Situated on 2 acres of manicured laws. Southern Escapes offers a home like environment with a residency level set at six so each of the residents can get their own individual attention. The cost per bed is considerably low when compared to other large assisted living centers with 10-60 beds. Our staff ratio is low, so the staff gets to know the residents' needs better, unlike in facilities where the staff rotates in shifts. Southern Escapes staff is also trained to deal with Medically Fragile, Alzheimer’s, and developmental disabilities residents.
Spiritual growth for any resident is important, and Southern Escapes understands that just pharmaceutical medicines won’t help in their overall health. Churches and temples are social and religious centers that most residents have been to all their lives and we would love for them to continue doing so. Most of our Christian residents love to go to church on Sundays. This gives them an opportunity to prepare and dress up for the occasion and get a great outing on our handicapped-accessible bus.
